Delete Your Mergen AI Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Mergen AI app (developer: Ahmet Çay), what data is deleted, and what is kept.
1 Delete in the App (Fastest)
- Open the Mergen AI app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately, and we send a confirmation email.
2 Can't Use the App?
Email info@mergenai.tech from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll check that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.
3 Cancel Your Subscription Separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro or Premium subscription. Apple and Google bill it, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you'll keep being charged.
4 What We Delete
- Your account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and the link to your Google or Apple sign-in
- Your profile photo
- Your Mercoin balance, purchased predictions and coupons, terminals and bookmarks
- Your risk profile from the onboarding survey
- Your support requests, feedback, promo code and referral records
- Your purchase, subscription and ad-reward records held by us
- Your consent records and sign-in sessions
- Your customer record at RevenueCat, our purchase-processing provider
If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Mergen AI's access to your Apple ID.
Mercoin and purchased content can't be restored or refunded after deletion.
5 What We Keep, and for How Long

Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their own privacy policies. We can't delete those; contact them directly.

3 Aboneliğinizi Ayrıca İptal Edin
Hesabı silmek Pro veya Premium aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Ödemeyi Apple ve Google aldığı için aboneliği App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarından iptal etmeniz gerekir; aksi halde ücretlendirme devam eder.

- Hesap bilgileriniz: ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, şifre (şifrelenmiş olarak saklanan) ve Google veya Apple girişi bağlantınız
- Profil fotoğrafınız
- Mercoin bakiyeniz, satın aldığınız tahminler ve kuponlar, terminalleriniz ve favorileriniz

- Destek talepleriniz, geri bildirimleriniz, promosyon kodu ve davet kayıtlarınız
- Bizde tutulan satın alma, abonelik ve reklam ödülü kayıtlarınız
- Onay kayıtlarınız ve oturumlarınız
- Satın alma altyapı sağlayıcımız RevenueCat'teki müşteri kaydınız
Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız, Mergen AI'nın Apple kimliğinize erişimi de iptal edilir.
Silme işleminden sonra Mercoin ve satın alınan içerikler geri getirilemez ve iade edilemez.
